Hi, I’m Ashlee — aka Sunny ☀️


I spent much of my adulthood chasing mountain peaks in Colorado and Alaska, today I’m rooted in sweet home Alabama 💛

I’m married to my best friend, we met while I was adventuring in Alaska, lost touch for four years, then were set up on a blind date 3,000 miles from where we first met. God has such a sense of humor. Together we’re raising two amazing kids and building a life centered on faith and Kingdom impact.

My health journey began long before adulthood. As a child, I was hospitalized with debilitating migraines and IBS. I learned to manage symptoms with herbs and supplements... but I was always managing.

Years later, back to back ski injuries left me on crutches for a year, battling chronic fatigue and inflammation. I knew there had to be more than symptom control. That search led me to root cause healing and molecular hydrogen water, and everything changed.

Today I’m migraine free, my IBS symptoms are rare, no pain or inflammation in my leg, and my energy is steady. What started as a health decision became a faith rooted, freedom based business that’s given our family margin, legacy income, and time together.

Now I help families reclaim their health and build income outside the traditional system — especially women who feel called to more.
